On the ground floor you will find the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, the patio and the laundry room.

There are two hot / cold air conditioning splits on the ground floor and first floor.

Ein Ort zum heimisch fühlen

Der Aufenthalt in La Rambla war gut gewählt, um Andalusien zu erkunden. Begeistert hat uns, dass der Ort sehr lebendig ist. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Das gilt auch für die hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen bestens ausgestattet. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf den schönen Plaza del Convento ist besonders schön am Abend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort.

Séjour hors des sentiers battus à La Rambla

L'appartement de Juan Luis est très bien tenu, propre, spacieux avec deux terrasses extérieures. La Rambla est l'endroit idéal pour visiter Cordoue et Séville sans être dans le brouhaha des grandes cités. L'appartement sur la Place du Couvent offre du stationnement et l'accès rapide aux autoroutes. Juan Luis est très cordial et empressé de répondre à nos besoin. Bravo.

Chillin in La Rambla

It was a great stay. The house had lots of cool sitting areas, inside and outside. The property was recently renovated. Every thing was modern in the house. Best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Una estancia confortable

La casa está bien situada, cerca del centro y a 50 metros de dos supermercados. Se puede aparcar en la puerta o en las inmediaciones. Es una zona tranquila y en un pueblo precioso. Tiene de todo, el wifi funciona perfectamente. Recomendable para hacer salidas por la provincia de Córdoba y conocer sus pueblos.

Fantastisch mooie maand in een mooi huis

Met het idee om Andalusië vanuit een vast adres rustig te kunnen verkennen, hadden wij het plan gemaakt om met de eigen auto vanuit Nederland naar deze Spaanse regio te reizen. Als verblijf viel ons oog al direct op het mooie huis in La Rambla, mede gezien de unieke locatie tegen de mooie kerk aan, en zelfs onderdeel van het gebouw. Voor ons tevens een mooie uitvalbasis om de vele pracht en praal van Andalusië te bezoeken. Op een half uur van Cordoba, en anderhalf uur van zowel Malaga, Sevilla als Granada een perfect centrale plaats. Het dorp La Rambla (niet te verwarren met de Ramblas in Barcelona) is een rustig dorp, en tot onze verbazing het hart van de keramiek kunst in Spanje. Dit toont zich in minstens zestien keramiek ateliers/winkels in het dorp en 2 grote fabrieken. Ook vermeldingswaard is het keramiek museum in het centrum van het dorp. De lokale bevolking spreekt uiteraard bijna alleen Spaans en ondanks dat konden wij ons met een beperkte kennis van de Spaanse taal redelijk uit de voeten maken. Men was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en geduldig en alles gebeurde in een zeer ontspannen sfeer. Over het huis en de verhuurder Juan Luis, kunnen we kort zijn. Perfect. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig, in een zeer goede staat en werkend. Van de Airco tot het broodrooster, de 2 badkamers, wasmachine en mooie koel-vries combinatie, werkelijk alles was goed. Zeer veel dank en groeten aan de eigenaar en wie weet tot ziens Met hartelijke groeten, Leen en Ariane Oosterbaan
