About this property

Beautiful, comfortable, fully equipment apartment in a a family building where you will feel at ease. It can accommodate 1 up to 6 guests. Conveniently located in Sabana Norte/Rohrmoser at only 2 blocks from Sabana Metropolitan Park and National Stadium. Make yourself at home! You will have only 12 neighbors so you have peace, calm and quiet.

An amazing spacious apartment with 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third has a 2 full sized bed. Fresh linens and towels will be provided. The apartment will be all yours, you will not be sharing it with anyone else.

Nice living room and dining room to spend time together with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything needed to prepare meals at home. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and additional set in the basement for night use. Third floor and from most angles it has a great view. Underground and secure parking. There is a terrace on the fourth floor for you to enjoy blue sky or a night of stars.

The Neighborhood

The district area of Sabana Norte is very close to the city and is a couple blocks from the National Stadium and the biggest park for you to enjoy a great walk. Your neighbors include embassies and international organizations. There are several restaurants: Steakhouse, Chinese, Peruvian, Italian cuisine, and several alternatives of cafes just 2 to 4 blocks away. If you like walking (one mile) you have more alternatives of restaurants, fast foods, and supermarkets. Just walking distance you have a convenience store for any groceries.

Getting Around

You have varies options, the bus transportation is a couple of blocks from the apartment. You also have the option of taxis that are also available a couple of blocks. You can also get a ride on the train that goes to San Jose and the East side. If you rent a car you have a parking space at the apartment building.

Nice experience, would rent again

The apartment was comfortable for all four of us. Third smaller bedroom has no ceiling fan, putting one up would make sleeping more confortable. (Portable fan stored in closet was noisy) Apartment is walking distance to fresh market, fast food, sit-down restaurants, and Sabana Park. We especially loved Tacopedia. Someone in the apartment across the hall plays the piano beautifully. (Not late at night)

Fabulous place

The apartment was lovely and the location was perfect. Walked everywhere. Wish we could have timed our stay better to have attended a soccer game at the National Stadium.

Absolutely the best

I can not say enough about this great place. It is great location and has everything you need. Cynthia met us in person and we felt like we are the family She started helping us even before we arrived addressing all our concerns. Place is very cozy and I loved decorations Appartment building has a very nice keeper who is watching it and always very helpful. Location is so close to everything We loved frozen yogurt shop a minute away, great big park and small residential park Quiet and safe surroundings. We walked even when dark and felt safe. Highly recommend to anyone
