Chalet very pretty and nice inside and out.
Unobstructed view of a wood that extends to a thousand six hundred meters above sea level
Environment of high mountain with a lot of calm, in border of the park of the casins, the chalet is ideally placed on the edge of the village with a very beautiful clear view.

Possibility of sleeping 6 to 8 people maximum with the sofa bed but agree to 4 people with two comfortable beds in two rooms equipped with bathroom.

Vacances sportives

Nous avons passé 15 jours chez Jérôme, propriétaire sympa mais débordé. Sa maison est idéalement placée pour le départ de randonnées. La maison manque d'entretien, Jérôme en est conscient et ne souhaitait plus la louer. Pour nous faciliter le séjour, il a installé une box et nous l'en remercions. Nous serons ses derniers locataires avant un grand tri, remise en état et nettoyage.

Indications erronées pour arriver... Impossibilité de joindre le propriétaire. Ca commençait bien ! Intérieur très limite. Affaires personnelles du propriétaire un peu partout dans la maison. Aucun rangement. Canapé défoncé. Pas de TV en état de marche, pas de wifi. Propriétaire un peu dépassé mais seul point positif de cette location, le coté sympa du propriétaire. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti "à l'aise" dans cette location. Nous avons baigné dans le"jus" du propriétaire. Nous ne reviendrons sûrement pas sauf très, très gros progrès.

Mooi startpunt voor wandelingen in Valgaudémar

Eenvoudige woning aan rand van dorp met mooi uitzicht op beboste bergen. Vanuit woning kun je direct starten met wandelingen naar diverse cols.

un havre de calme

Nous avons passé quelques jours mi-juillet, au frais, dans cette maison surplombant le village authentique de Villars loubière; aucune circulation pour ternir la paix qu'on ressent au spectacle des versants qui font face; un espace de pelouse entoure la maison permettant de déjeuner dehors, au soleil; 2 chambres confortables, une cuisine où rien ne manque; au Roux, une super boulangerie. On revient sous peu.
