Modern apartment in quiet sought after location


This is a superb fully equipped and recently updated 2 bedroom apartment in the sought after Las Brisas complex.
The apartment is on the ground floor with views of the huge communal pool which is the envy of Puerto De Mazarron. This comes with poolside changing rooms and toilets, there is also a life guard on duty during the high season.
Outside the master bedroom in the small terrace area there are 2 sun loungers for use by the pool. There are 2 beach chairs and umbrella for you to take to the beach.
Inside there are 2 double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen along with the WiFi available, a TV linked up for English and Spanish programs. There is also a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to use during your stay.
You do not need to carry cumbersome bottles for water as there is a drinking water tap in the kitchen.
For your use there is also a safe available.
There is a free, secure allocated garage space available for the duration of your stay and the building is surrounded by 24/7 manned security cameras.

The property is located only 12 minutes walk to the lovely beaches of Puerto de Mazarron with its many restaurants, bars, shops, indoor market and large open market each Sunday.
The beaches, of which there are several, are cleaned every day and most are serviced by beach bars and cafes which offer either snacks or more exotic meals. Whether you want burgers or paella there is a restaurant to suit your tastes and eating out here is quite inexpensive.
Within a short walk of the apartment there are several restaurants and bars before you even get near the sea front with a variety of Indian, Chinese and Italian to choose from. Within 7 minutes walk there are all the supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, Consum, Mercadona and now we have the new Tesco overseas shop where you can get all your favourites. Across the road from there is a lovely cafe for breakfast or snacks called The Teapot.

Puerto de Mazarron is a seaside resort located in the south eastern region of Spain, to the west of the historic city of Cartagena. The coastline at Puerto de Mazarron boasts many kilometres of fine unspoilt sandy beaches with safe bathing. The municipality has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for water quality over consecutive years, and The World Health Organisation declared the province of Murcia the cleanest in Spain with the least industrial pollution.

During the long hot summer months, the water temperature rises to over 20C making it ideal for sailing, windsurfing, water and jet skiing as well as providing comfortable bathing. Cyclists will enjoy the quiet country roads. There are many trails and coves to discover and explore for the adventurous. Long distance runners have a choice of on and off road routes.
Puerto de Mazarron enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round resort.

The nearest golf course is just 20 mins drive away on the Camposol Urbanisation.

The area can be reached by 3 airports currently. Corvera is just 45 mins away, Alicante 80 mins and Almeria is approx 90 mins. You would have to check with all the usual airlines for your departing airport such as Ryanair, Jet2, EasyJet and Flybe. Car hire is quite cheap in Spain with quite a few companies competing with each other. If you do not want to hire a car as almost everything you need for a good holiday is within walking distance we can arrange airport transfers at competitive rates

We also do a meet and greet where we can meet you at a popular local landmark if you prefer or at the apartment. There is nothing more frustrating than wanting to get started on your holiday but can’t find where you’re going to be staying.

Doea not.match the description .Bedframe all bended, not clean, full with damp, no wifi, no 12 minutes walk to the beach from this place up the hill. You really need a car. There is no dryer.as said thwre would be . The doors are jammed.you can not close the second bedroom as wont open again. Front gate with key not working, swimming pool only from 10-15+17-22 hrs, sofa all torn, sunloungers rusty & rotten.

Just what we needed
My son and I stayed here whilst visiting my Father who lives in the port. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a lovely bonus. Sue met us and showed us around the apartment and kindly did a little shopping for us as we arrived on Sunday evening. She was very helpful and jovial making our stay better. All round great value for money.
