This vacation Villa has 3 bedrooms with 1 of them is en-suites and is located in Benaulim south Goa. The spacious lounge & dining area includes a Tata subscription TV, with many music sports and movie channels. Sofa, coffee table, dining room table and chairs. Kitchen includes kettle, fridge, microwave and all plates and cutlery and Washing machine and fridge freezer
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Main bedroom has roof terrace.
The 3 bathrooms all have toilet and shower and wash basin. Both hot and cold water for showers hand basins and kitchen.
Maid service 1 times per week.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have views of green fields at the back of the building and the at the front the swimming pool.

Beautiful Benaulim

This villa is set on a beautiful complex, filled with trees and flowers, with a fabulous swimming pool in the centre. The pool is big and kept very clean, with a separate children's pool. There is security at the front and back gates so we felt very safe. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach, and there are plentiful shops and restaurants at a very short walk from the front gate. The villa is very spacious, set over 3 floors, with air conditioning throughout. Showers are good (just remember to turn the hot water on 15 minutes beforehand) and there is a kettle, microwave and a big fridge freezer in the kitchen. Also a two ring gas cooker but we didn't use this. My only suggestion would be that the bedding and towels could really do with replacing as they are quite old. Otherwise a great stay here!

Great position in the village of Benaulim

Great situation in the complex,plenty of room ,basically furnished, but adequate for your needs. Nowhere near enough poolside furniture but apartment has sunchairs for their own use.,

We keep coming back

We really like Benaulim, Micon and the house. We actually met Umed the owner over Christmas 2018 as he came out to Benaulim for around 2 weeks. He's a really nice guy and whilst moving out the house for 2 weeks was frustrating we know that he really appreciates our flexibility. He has supplied new towels and has suggested he will bring new linen when he visits in March. The house remains much the same and so we have booked again to arrive on October 23rd 2018 for our usual 3 month stay. I have reviewed before but I would remind people that there is a 25 minute walk to the beach but restaurants and shops in the village are close by.

Plenty of space and a good location

Positives Spacious town house with 3 double bedrooms. Location is easy for the village restaurants Quiet and friendly The front overlooks the pool and the rear overlooks the fields with it's pigs, buffalo, kingfishers, egrets and eagles. Landlord UK based and easy to deal with and you can pay in sterling. Negatives Hard beds Furniture is a little sparse if you are 6 people (we were 2) and it's all a little dated The pool was not available when we arrived and does need some serious maintenance It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is fine for us but if you are infirm or don't like to walk in the heat you may need to take a tuk tuk. The walk at night to the restaurants can be unnerving as Indian traffic does not respect pedestrians and there are no pavements in India and the roads are narrow The house is on a corner in the complex. There are some simple signs as you enter that says no honking. Local drivers cannot keep their fingers off the horn so, sometimes, it can be annoying. It suits us and we have booked for next season.
