About this property

The property is located in Val di Fassa in Penia a hamlet of Canazei at mt. 1545. We are under the Marmolada the queen of the Dolomites.
The apartment is located 100 meters from the Valle ski buses, 500 meters from the bus stop for Trento and Bolzano. The ski lifts are within walking distance and take you directly on the famous Sellaronda in winter and summer to the start of the most beautiful excursions in the valley.

The property is clean and has nice amount of space. Luca is a very attentive host and responds quickly. A few things to know when booking. Expedia shows the apartment to be in the middle of Canazei. It is actually 4 km outside of town in a small village with not much around. It worked out fine but you will have to drive to get food. Also, it was not stated that there would be a charge for linens. Upon arrival we had to pay €50 for four people. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Schimmlige Kellerwohnung mit Gestank

Uns erwartete schwarzer Schimmel in Bad und Küche. Dabei roch es in der Wohnung modrig. Die Leuchtmittel waren teilweise defekt. Geschirr und Küche waren schmutzig. Weitere Mängel: offenes Stromkabel im Bad, defekter Toilettensitz, Wasserhahn der Spüle nicht befestigt, Wasser auf dem Boden in der Küche, die Keller Wohnung ist nicht belüftbar. Am "Schlafzimmerfenster" liegt ein weiterer Raum mit Schimmel. Der Vorgarten dient als Hundeklo für 2 Hunde. Die genannten Punkte wurden bei der Anreise bemängelt. Erst nach 2 Tagen folgte ein Putzeinsatz der jedoch wenig Erfolg brachte. HomeAway bot keine Lösung an
