This stunning classic guest house is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Malaga - Mijas, close to the famous resort of Marbella. The house consists of: One-level house with 180 sq.m. build up area. Open space living room 50 sq.m. with dining area and kitchen with appliances. Three cozy bedrooms. Two fully equipped bathrooms with baths. One of them serving the principle bedroom, the other is for common use of the guests in the house.
8-hours a day sunlight on the spacious veranda located close to the entrance of the house and nice arranged terrace toward the swimming pool. The plot of land of the house is almost 900 sq.m. Five outside parking places are available for the guests.

Facilities:
Sunny outdoor swimming pool. There are lounges and umbrellas at the swimming pool. The deepest level of the pool is 210 sm. starting from 120 sm. on the other side.
Air-conditioning in every room in the house.
The fireplace in the living room creates coziness for the guests.

Others: cleaning tools, iron and ironing board, baby stool for feeding, hair dryer in every bathroom, towels and bed linen, extra towels for the pool;
Available for pets, if notified in advance;
Smoking prohibited inside the house, only in certain places outside the house.

Accommodation: 6+2 beds: 2 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 additional single beds and baby foldable bed. Free change of towels and bed linen at check-in for longer than 7 days. 100 Euro charge for extra cleaning at the request of guests, which includes change of towels and bed linen.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful stone fence. This gives the privacy of the guests and the peace of mind. Picturesque views of the mountain hills around the house. In the area, you can easy go to nice traditional and modern restaurants by walking and to buy products from the supermarket, which is 1 km. from the house. The closest good restaurant is Cerros del Aquila.
