About this property

Beautiful villa facing the sea in S'Estanyol, a quiet and family area. A few meters from the villa you will find the Yacht Club, ideal for having a drink or for dinner. Suitable for sea lovers, possibility to rent a boat, practice sport fishing, diving or snorkeling.
The villa has got a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with beautiful views of the garden and direct access to the sea. It consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them in suite.
Balearic Ecotax: In high season (from April to October included) an amount of 2 euros per day / person is charged from 16 years old on. In low season (from November to March) 50 cents per day / person will be paid at your arrival.
A safe deposit of 500 euros will be asked at your arrival (refunded at the end of your stay).
LATE CHECK IN:
For late arrivals from 10.00 pm on, a supplement of € 50 will be charged.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Innenräume sind alle sehr großzügig gestaltet und der Aussenbereich mit dem super Pool konnten wir in vollen Zügen genießen.

Villa und Grundstück sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Kommunikation mit Stefan sehr gut. Ausstattung gut.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings hätten wir uns Ventilatoren gewünscht. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig, einige kleine Restaurants sind in der Nähe und auch ein kleiner Laden und eine Eisdiele. Für einen größeren Einkauf fährt man ca. 20 min nach campos und hat dort mehrere grosse Supermärkte zur Auswahl. Das vorhandene BBQ, Tischtennisplatte, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Es gibt noch eine riesige Dachterasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick. Unsere Familie hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Stefan hat prima geklappt.
