You will be given your own key to your room and the house and are free to come and go as you please.

There is also free, ample on-steet parking outside and around the property.

Kitchen - for breakfast use. If you would like to use the kitchen at any other time of day simply speak to me to arrange a slot :-).

Interaction with guests

I am very sociable and am happy to offer advice on local events, places of interest, nightlife and dining out.

Other things to note

Please note that the bedroom is located on the second floor so if you have an issue with stairs / mobility issues then this may not be suitable.
