One bedroom Condo in Harbor Village, 600 square feet on one level. Second Level Unit. Comfortably sleeps 4 in beds. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen bed in the bedroom, and Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. (Max occupancy is 2 adults and 2 or 3 children.)
The condo includes a microwave and automatic dishwasher. The full kitchen seats 4 at the table and 2 stools at the kitchen counter. 43" television with DirecTV and DVD player in the living room; 32" TV with DirecTV in the bedroom. Living room is additionally heated by gas fireplace. Outdoor patio with barbeque overlooks the pool and the lake. Outdoor heated pool is accessible during the summer. Tennis courts and basketball are available. Garden City has an indoor year round pool for a fee.

Clean and centrally located property

Our family of four stayed for two nights. We found everything clean and well-maintained. The hosts even provide an inflatable mattress, which was a pleasant surprise. While the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating equipment, be sure to bring any food you may need because nothing is provided.

Great location and view

The location is one of the best, right in front the marina. The apartment has basically all you need to make you own meals.

Clean and comfy

Well maintained property with reasonable amount of rules. Really tight for more than 2 people but doable for 4, and 2 small dogs. Will book again for a short getaway close to home.
