About this property

Completely new furnished house of 70 m2, fully renovated in April 2013, is very suitable for 2 people or a small family.
The garden is sheltered, sunny and completely at your disposal. (No other tenants).
On the ground floor is a spacious living room, open kitchen and bathroom.
Large flat screen TV, WIFI, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 4 burner induction cooker, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker.
Includes parking card for the whole day.
On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with two beds and a further landing with two beds.
All beds are 80 x 200 cm. and are provided with duvets. A cot and chair are available on request.

Sehr schone Unterkunft

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Gute ruhige Lage und trotzdem Zentral. Alles da was man braucht, eine Brotmaschine wäre schön und ein Eierpieckser fehlt.

Toller Urlaub. Domizil zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns direkt ab Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten und insgesamt top ausgestattet. Vermieterin Ellen ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns mit einigen Tipps versorgt. Wir hatten eigene Räder mitgebracht und haben tolle Radtouren unternommen. Alle Örtlichkeiten in Egmond sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Egmond. Die Kommunikation mit Ellen war einwandfrei. Ellen ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen

Ellen hat ihr Haus wunderbar eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben vor allem den kleinen Garten (bis Abends Sonne) und die vorhandenen Fahrräder mit Kindersitz genutzt. Die Lage der FeWo ist optimal. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Supermarkt und am Strand. Einziges Manko ist die sehr steile Treppe (nicht kindgerecht) und vermutlich wird es im Hochsommer recht warm im Obergeschoss, wo die Schlafzimmer sind. Wer empfindlich gegenüber Fluglärm ist, wird in Egmond generell Probleme haben, da die Flugschneise direkt über den Ort und auch über das Haus geht. Wir persönlich und unser Kind fanden es eher interessant. Die Kommunikation mit Ellen lief reibungslos und sie war gut erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Es war unserer dritter Aufenthalt in Egmond aan Zee, jeweils in vergleichbaren Objekten. Dieses war jedoch das beste. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Daher kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.
