Very well equipped comfortable apartment

The apartment we stayed in was different to what was shown in the listing but it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside is that the bedroom blinds are not great at blocking out the light.

Kitchen not in working use during our stay

Unfortunately, the oven during our stay was not available, and the offer of compensation was only a £10 high street voucher, which did not even cover the cost of the meal which we were unable to cook. We also had to remove a large sofa bed from the main bedroom as it meant that the bed was only accessible from one side. It is unclear why it had been placed there as the were only 4 adults and a baby staying.

We arrived at the property at the arranged check in time. At this point I had to contact the owner as there was no indication of how to get in the apartment. The owner announced that the property was no longer available, and that the only option was to go to a dingy student flat in a rundown estate on the opposite side of town. This ruined the weekend as we had to get taxis into the city from where we were. Avoid this owner at all costs
