Muy justo el equipamiento de cocina. Uno de los cojines estaba rematado con alfileres, con el riesgo (real) de pincharse accidentalmente. Por mucho que sea articulada, una cama de 135 es pequeña para ser utilizada por dos adultos.

La vivienda la gestiona un tercero (El Conserje), con disponibilidad limitada. Esto es todo lo que les dijimos, esperemos que hayan hecho algo... 1-La puerta de la cocina no cierra. La vivienda está siempre abierta. Esto se lo comunique el domingo y no ha venido nadie a arreglarlo. 2- El desagüe de la ducha no traga bien, el plato desborda. 3- El grifo exterior gotea, las gotas se recogen en un cubo que se llena cada día. Los mosquitos tigre agradecen mucho este tipo de ayudas. 4- Solo hay dos cucharillas. 5- La campaña extractora de la cocina no funciona. 6-Una de las dos llaves del ascensor al garaje no funciona. La buena es la que va en el juego con el mando del garaje. 7- La casa necesita una limpieza general profunda, hemos encontrado vajilla y cuberteria con restos de comida, y el mantel con restos de comida también. La alfombra de dormitorio principal mejor retirarla, eso no va a estar limpio nunca. 8- Bañera de baño principal sin cortina ni mampara, inviable ducharse. 9- Sería muy recomendable instalar mosquiteras. 10-En la cocina hay un cajón sin tirador y la balda interior del armario inferior más grande cojea por qué le falta una sujeción.
