From a family of winegrowers for 4 generations, Gilberte herself a winegrower welcomes you to her gîte, classified 3 stars in the heart of the old medieval village of Gruissan between the tower and the pond, located 2km from the sandy beaches.

Former fully renovated and air-conditioned shed on 2 floors, spacious and very comfortable for 4 people.
From its loggia, you can admire the Tower of the castle of Barberousse as well as its pond.
Due to its location you can enjoy all its shops, cafes, restaurants, shops, wine cellars and its market which stretches through the village streets 3 times a week.(For info the bed sheets are extra as well as the bathroom linen.

Semaine sympathique à Gruissan

Maison dans le vieux village très pratique car tout peut se faire à pied. Possibilité de se garer devant. Maison de village spacieuse bien équipée sur 3 niveaux climatisée dans la pièce à vivre avec 2 chambres et terrasse Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!! Très bon séjour 😀

Une maison de village très bien située à Gruissan.

La maison est très bien située dans le village de Gruissan sans pour autant que la vie nocturne vienne perturber votre sommeil. La rénovation est bien conçue: niveau 1 pour les vélos, chaussures et affaires de plage, 2 pour chambres et sdb, 3: pièce à vivre, cuisine et loggia. Les finitions sont de bonne qualité et l’équipement de la maison est complet. La propriétaire est accueillante et dynamique. Un conseil toutefois: parquez convenablement votre voiture et éviteZ de l’utiliser: location de vélos recommandée
