Super station-super domaine

Bel appartement, agréable et calme. Bel espace et fonctionnel Très bon emplacement Avec skis aux pieds. Manque cependant quelques équipements au niveau de la cuisine comme plat à four plus grand( appartement pvt accueillir 8personnes), rallonge. Un peu froid Également malgré notre séjour fin mars Avec chauffage qui se mettait en Marche seulement à partir de 19h sans possibilité de passer en manuel... un peu léger Avec des enfants et en rentrant du ski!

L'appartement était très bien pour nous 4, le support de l'agence pas au niveau du 5 étoiles promis.

Appartement et fournitures OK à part quelques petits détails qui font tâche par rapport au standing annoncé : pas de papier toilette dans les WC, pas de savon ni de shampooing dans les salles de bain. Le cadeau de bienvenue n'est pas là, ni le manuel explicatif de l'appartement. Après 3 demandes successives, sans succès, nous passons à l'agence pour faire le point. Le cadeau de bienvenue nous est donné du bout des doigts avec 3 paires de chaussons pour 4 personnes. Le manuel a disparu, quelqu'un a dû l'emporter. Dommage pour vous, il n'y a qu'un seul exemplaire pour la saison. Carrément désinvolte voire insolent comme réponse alors qu'un bon fichier pdf ferait l'affaire. Pas d'excuses mais une remarque disant qu'il y avait beaucoup de travail car la station était pleine. Ce n'était pas flagrant lors de notre visite à l'agence. En résumé, nous avons passé un bon séjour car l'appartement était agréable et bien placé dans la station, la météo plutôt bonne et la neige excellente. Seul désagrément, la prestation de l'agence qui n'est pas au niveau du standing 5 étoiles annoncé, ni son personnel qui vous fait comprendre que vous le dérangez. Bien cordialement, Yves Francillon
