Bel endroit pour profiter de la mer

Une fois les 61 marches descendues et les bagages rangés, prenez la peine d'aller vous asseoir à la terrasse et de contempler la mer à vos oieds. Une eau limpide et invitante! Alors hop les maillots et on y plonge. Bel endroit, idéal pour se rendre visiter Palerme e les environs. Des hôtes charmants et désirants vraiment que vous soyez bien, merci Laura! Il y a de la place pour six, deux grandes chambres, l'une avec lit double et l'autre avec lit double et lits superposés. Les photos rendent bien ce qu'on y trouve. Je le recommande, beau séjour en perspective!

Nie buchen

Wir hatten das Casa Carola gebucht. Die Fotos zeigen nur 2-3 Bilder dieser Wohnung. Die schöne Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer muss wo anders sein. Diese Wohnung ist heruntergekommen, der Putz fällt von den Wänden, die Türrahmen sind verstoßen, die klobrille abgerissen, die Waschmaschine verdreckt. Die Außenanlagen machen einen ungepflegten Eindruck, vogeldreck überall. Außerdem ist der Grundriss sehr schlecht. Das 2. SZ verfügt nur über ein Fenster unter einem treppenabgang, dazu völlig verdrecktes fliegengitter. Die Bäder sind nur über Stufen erreichbar. Die Dusche ist nur 50x50cm groß. Usw. Wir haben diese Wohnung nach 3 von 7 Tagen verlassen. Wir raten dringend von einer Buchung ab.

VACANZA DA DIMENTICARE

La nostra vacanza all' interno della casa Carola è stata PESSIMA, tanto che solo dopo 3 giorni e mezzo siamo scappati dalla disperazione e senza neanche un minimo di risarcimento ... anzi..... !!! Premetto che ho una ragazzina che non deambula totalmente anche a causa di gravi problemi polmonari e per questo motivo si sposta con una sedia a rotelle e sul posto, per arrivare in casa ci sono circa 50 gradini, senza contare quelli che portano in spiaggia, e a noi che fossero così tanti non era stato affatto detto altrimenti non ci saremmo mai andati. Siamo arrivati il 31 di Agosto intorno le 13.30, stanchi ed esausti dal viaggio ma contenti di esser finalmente arrivati alla nostra meta, contentezza che hai me, è durata meno di 1 ora ; La casa non era come descritta,le foto non sono conformi alla realtà perché non mostrano ciò che realmente si vede, nel senso che, sporco e forte odore di umidità a parte, che chiaramente dalle foto non si possono percepire, gli infissi erano fatiscenti, zanzariere attaccate con i chiodini alle persiane esterne, persiane che a causa delle molte zanzare non si potevano tenere neanche aperte; porte e stipiti della casa erano tutte scrostate e bucate; Arriviamo sul più bello e il tutto è accaduto in mezza giornata ... appena entrata in casa inizio a pulire, perché come ripeto era davvero sporca, inizio dalla cucina e come apro il rubinetto, salta il cannotto del miscelatore con conseguente allagamento, e solo alle 19.00 circa è stato sostituito. Frigorifero non funzionante con conseguente sostituzione. Passiamo hai bagni, vado per lavare mia figlia e aprendo il miscelatore del bidet, secondo allagamento, in quanto il tubo di scarico totalmente marcio inizia a perdere acqua da tutte le parti. A quel punto porto mia figlia nel secondo bagno ma anche li un disastro, aprendo l'acqua del bidet, mi accorgo che è otturato e quindi riprendo mia figlia e la lavo in qualche modo in doccia, che logicamente poco prima ho pulito con candeggina tanto dal nero che colava dalle piastrelle ( foto dimostrabili ), insomma per farle un bidet ci sono voluti quasi 20 minuti. NON ESISTE.. Infine vado a farmi una doccia con tanto di brividi perché l'acqua era praticamente gelata, in quanto il miscelatore termostatico non funzionava, e anche questo è stato sostituito il giorno dopo. Arrivati a sera eravamo esausti e mi sono sentita rispondere dalla proprietaria : sono cose che possono succedere. NON CI SONO NE PAROLE NE SCUSE !!!
