CU Family Weekend Stay

Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Dreadfully Spectacular!

The property was top notch. Stephen and Hunter were incredible hosts and made us feel right at home. The perfect location for us to spend a few days with our daughter while we prepared to drop her off at CU Boulder. Will most definitely book this property for future trips!

Wonderful oasis

We stayed here with our two teen-aged children for a CU Boulder drop off. The location is about 15 minutes from campus and feels like your own personal resort with beautiful landscaping and large pool. Highly recommend

Why they chose this property

We have always loved this area of Boulder because of the interesting landscape and rock formations. It's surrounded by open space and parks but close enough to enjoy the night life of Boulder or Denver. we offer our guests a comfortable place to come back to after a busy day of activities.

What makes this property unique

It is really a special space. Tucked in the foothills with all kinds of wild life around you.
the other day a moose wandered up the stream and into the yard. How often do you get to see that? The guest house has been restored into a lovely space that would make anybody feel welcomed and cared for.
