Welcome to your new home away from home. On a quiet street just minutes from Victoria Station, you couldn't imagine a better location to have as a base for a whirlwind adventure in London.

Spread over the top two floors, the flat is a charming and peaceful space to relax at the end of busy days out exploring the town. You enter on the 2nd floor of the building directly into the open plan living room, with comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the upper floor is a large bedroom in the attic, with plenty of wardrobe space for you to use, as well as an ensuite bathroom with large bath and separate walk in shower. We hope you enjoy your stay here!

Entrance through the main door of a town house. It is the top flat of two flats. Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

Fabulous location

Excellent location. The flat was as described. It was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out - as pictured. The stairs are narrow but we knew this based on reviews. I would give the rating a 4.5 based on a safety concern but this option is not available. The carbon monoxide detector and one smoke detector were removed and placed on a shelf with batteries removed. We tested the batteries and they didn’t work. We notified Houst and they asked if we would buy new batteries which we said we would do if reimbursed. They responded with a thank you. We replaced batteries and rehung the detectors. We sent photo of receipt and left unused batteries. We have not been reimbursed for this as yet.

Enjoyable

Great location! Clean property. 2 flights of stairs with narrow steps to get to flat, then more stairs inside. If stairs aren't your thing; avoid! Great water pressure for shower and awesome soaking tub (5'4" and fit beautifully) Bring your own hair dryer if you plan on using one! Bring own soaps / shampoos / conditioners. Bed wasn't great; very springy, not a lot of cushion. Overall - clean property with clean linens / towels in a great location. Washer and dryer worked well too (small loads and bring own detergent)

Pluses and minuses

Thi is a corporate property. Easy to contact help. No soap in bathroom. Only one roll of toilet paper. Stairs are a bit steep and narrow. Location is fine price reasonable for London.

Perfect location to explore London

As the title says - location of the flat was very good. On a small quiet side street but very close to Victoria Station and Pimlico underground station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores to get supplies or have a meal, all within 5 minutes walk. Rochester Cafe just around the corner -Brcfst and/or lunch; just one block in other direction Queens Arms Pub was very good for lunch and dinner. Apartment was clean, with all new white cabinets in the kitchen and bedrooms storage. It is relatedly small but good for a 2 people to be a base for exploring London. Was not a problem for us but it is two level unit with Bedroom/Bath on the second floor so it does require navigating stares quite a lot. Kitchen has all the required equipment dishes and cutlery for some home cooking to avoid eating out 3 times a day. It all was very nice place to stay. Communication with host was fine and they did help with the issues when we had some electrical problems.
