In the main living area, you can find a big fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. On the other side of a room, there's a cosy living area with a couch and a TV, and a dining area. From the living area, you can enter your private balcony where you can find seating garniture - ideal for enjoying in a warm summer evenings with your family ad friends.
Outside, there's a spacious garden with mediterranean plants. The most famous Poreč beach Materada is only 800m away. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee.
