The house consists of a sitting room under the star vault, a living room with dining area and sofa, an equipped kitchenette with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (single and double) and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. Moreover, there is an inner courtyard which is shared with the other units of the villa.

Every holiday home is equipped with air conditioning, parking area, video-surveillance system and television.

The complex of holiday homes is in Santa Caterina, 1 kilometer away from the sea and the small city centre and it`s part of Nardò, one of the most elegant seaside locations. Less than 1 kilometer away there is a supermarket with tobacco shop and newsstand. It`s near the park of Porto Selvaggio and Nardò, with its beautiful old town centre, the churches, the castle and the museum, is 5 kilometers away.
