Cute and simple, the home's interior follows an open floor plan creates a spacious interior. Settle into the living area's svelte black leather couch and kick your feet up on its ottoman after a vigorous day on the slopes or trails. Flip on the HDTV to enjoy a cable show or DVD movie, and if it's chilly outside, quickly warm the room by turning on the gas fireplace. You could also pull out your laptop computer and use the home's high-speed internet for adventure planning. (Please note that AC is not provided.)

Through a set of sliding glass doors you'll find an outdoor balcony, perfect for breathing in a lungful of fresh mountain air while drinking a favorite beverage. Marvel at the sweeping mountainside views and even dine al fresco when it's warm and sunny outdoors. Take a soak in the complex hot tub before turning in for the evening.

Speaking of dining, back inside you'll find everything you need for quick and easy meal prep in the full kitchen. Use its modern appliances, ample countertops, and varied cookware to whip up homemade meals both day and night. A nearby six-seat wooden table sits ready for your group to share feasts together.

When it's time to turn in for the day, retire for restful slumber in either of two bedrooms with room for up to eight guests. A king bed sits in the primary suite while a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed sit in the guest bedroom (twin bed has a 120 weight limit).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
