The villa is isolated from the rest of the neighborhood is independent and is located in a quiet area away from the noise but caressed by the rustle of the river. Living area includes kitchen and large living room that overlook a large terrace raised by 5 steps from the garden. Well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, toaster, microwave.

Klare Empfehlung. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit im Haus verbracht.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral und trotzdem abseits von Lärm und Trubel. Supermärkte, Restaurants oder Tankstellen sind teilweise fussläufig oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist denkbar gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Kohlengrill... war alles zur Nutzung vorhanden. Die großzügige Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch, den drei grossen Sonnenschirmen und die Hollywoodschaukel luden zum Verweilen und relaxen ein. Das Haus wurde uns sauber und vollständig ausgestattet übergeben. Die Vermieterin hat an alles gedacht, fragte während unseres Aufenthalts immer mal wieder nach ob wir noch was brauchen und war stets gut zu erreichen. Wir haben das Anwesen mit zwei Familien bewohnt und würden die Unterkunft nochmal mieten. Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung. Danke!

Ein schöner Urlaub in Massa

Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Familien (8Personen) bewohnt. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet innen und außen sehr viel Platz. Es lädt zum Kochen und zum Grillen ein. Die Geräte haben alle funktioniert. Wäscheleinen und Klammern sind da und für kleine Kinder auch ein weinig Spielzeug. Auch für den Strand sind Sonnenschirme vorhanden, welche ausgeliehen werden können. Einen Pool gab es leider nicht, was jedoch aufgrund der guten Lage zum Strand für uns nicht so schlimm war. Die Klimaanlage waren 4 Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, melden sich auf Anfragen sofort und geben viele Ausflugstipps. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter. Vielen Dank Stefania und Marco

Wonderful place and very kind owners!!!

This house is the best equipped housing that we ever experienced. Everything was there. And a lot of space whitch is pretty important if the weather ist not quite perfect. We used the big terrace every day to eat and chill. The barbecue is just awesome and the kids could play and search for easter-eggs in the big yard. We spent wonderful holidays here. Unfortunately it was mutch too short. A realy great home in a beautiful region with very, very nice owners. We sincerely recommend it!
