Home holiday with swimming pool near Spoleto, Norcia and Assisi

Cozy cottage with 7 large bedrooms (6 double and one single) all with private bathroom. Inside, the decor is rustic with two large living rooms, a fireplace and a cozy kitchen. Outside there is a porch with a garden, a barbecue and an oven. The farmhouse has a large private swimming pool (available only for guests), a park where you can walk and a small farm with cows and rabbits.


Guests will have access to all the rooms of the house, the swimming pool, the vegetable garden, the garden and the park surrounding the Casale Rosso.

IMMERSED IN THE NATURE, IN CONTACT WITH ANIMALS AT THE PASTURE, HOST A HORSE AND 2 DONKEYS. PRIVATE PROPERTY DELIMITED BY FENCE AND ENTRANCE GATE.

Casale Rosso - Wunderbar !!!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Freunden, die eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen durften. Wir waren von der ersten Minute an begeistert. Das Haus strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus, hat genügend Platz für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe. Unvergleichlich ist der Blick von den Terrassen vor dem Haus und dem Pool. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche super erholt und werden gern wiederkommen.

Fatto salvo per qualche imprevisto iniziale dovuto al fatto che non c era nessuno ad accoglierci e quindi nessuno con cui poter esprimere dubbi od avere chiarimenti per il resto ,dopo la conoscenza di Patrizio ,il titolare dell immobile, tutto bene . Anche perché veramente una bravissima persona.

Beautiful villa in Umbria

We enjoyed this charming, well appointed home. It was great to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is large and kept very clean. The view is spectacular. Tatianna is easy to communicate with and is an excellent host.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen

Liebe Tatiana, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt im zauberhaften casalerosso. Inmitten der Natur und dem wunderschönen Blick auf die grandiosen Berge konnten wir die Seele baumeln lassen. Im Haus standen uns 5 hübsch eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und 6 Bäder zur Verfügung. Wir( 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) hatten genügend Platz. Vielen Dank auch für Deine schnelle Unterstützung und Hilfe falls diese einmal nötig war. Wir konnten absolute Privatsphäre genießen. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich und dadurch reizvoll. Wir kommen gern wieder. Liebe Grüße Daniela und Familie

Genieten van ruimte rust en mooi uitzicht.

Royale woning met grote slaapkamers met badkamers. Uitzicht is adembenemend met heerlijk zwembad.

Great house with excellent views

Casale Rosso is a stunning house with amazing views. You definitely need a car or easy transport to get around as it’s very secluded. We stayed here as a group of friends attending a wedding - it’s perfect for a quiet getaway.
