Modern house in Costa Blanca with a fantastic private swimming pool. Only a short drive to beaches and golf courts in the area as well as the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall with a variety of services.

The house has 3 floors:

- GROUND FLOOR with an open living room, dining area, kitchen, separate laundry room as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom.

- FIRST FLOOR with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, and a balcony.

- SECOND FLOOR/ ROOF TERRACE with a comfortable shaded lounging area, artificial grass, and a solar shower.

There is an outside PORCH with sofa and dining table and a GARDEN AREA with a private swimming pool, sun-beds and a solar shower next to the pool. The pool depth ranges from 1,2m to 1,5m. The pool is maintained regularly by a professional pool cleaning company.

Outside the summer season, we offer the possibility to use the pool with the installed water heat pump. The pump heats the pool water up to 30 degrees so that the guests can enjoy the sun and the water throughout the entire year. This option has an additional cost of 20 EUR/ night payable in cash upon arrival.

Besides the private pool, there is an option to use a community pool located on top of the street. The pool was completely renovated in 2022 and has salty water.

The house is very well oriented and allows you to enjoy areas of sun and shadow during the whole day.

There is also plenty of free parking in the street next to the house (ca 20m from the property entrance).

The entire house is fully equipped to satisfy all needs and provide a premium experience for all our guests.

- Each bedroom and the living room offer a wall mounted TV with internet connection and several channels.

- Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Bluetooth soundbar providing the best sound quality of music and films.

- The entire house has an internet connection via Wifi (fibre). The guests can enjoy their Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts while on vacation.

- The house has a modern central air-conditioning and heating system on both floors.

- All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses, mattress protection covers, premium bedding and a set of pillows for the most comfortable sleeping experience.

- Each room has built-in closets with plenty of hangers, drawers, and laundry baskets.

- The kitchen has an integrated fridge with freezer, electric oven and stove, built-in dishwasher, coffee machine and several small appliances (mixer, kettle). There is plenty of available dishwares to be used for a great dining experience.

- Our guests will be also provided beach towels, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas so they can enjoy a great time on one of the nearby beaches.

- We provide equipment for families with babies and children - a stair gate, a highchair and a crib with a mattress and mattress cover.

- During high season, check-in and check-out is only available during the weekends.
