Located in the historic district of Castello, inside the Ex Caserma San Carlo built in 1738 by the will of the viceroy, in honor of King Carlo Emanuele III of Savoy to host the department of the "Dragons of Sardinia '.
It rises on the area above the Bastion of Santa Croce, in front of the Basilica of Santa Croce. Surrounded by the major sites of historical and cultural interest, ancient shops, typical restaurants and historical places of Cagliari nightlife.
The apartment has just been renovated, it consists of entrance / living room with air conditioner, double sofa bed, kitchen with induction hobs, combined microwave oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher. A double bedroom with large wardrobe, basalt writing desk, air conditioner. A bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet, electric heater, washing machine and hair dryer.
