The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. It also has a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace. The house has all the comforts for a comfortable and quiet holiday: WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. In the building there are two swimming pools, one large and one small for children, both surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden. The apartment is located about 250 meters from the beach (less than 5 minutes walk), a large sandy beach with crystal clear waters

A lovely apartment and host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Xesca's apartment was very clean and in good condition and there was plenty of parking. The property is located near one of the main roads leading from Alcudia to Puerto de Pollensa so was very accessible to all the local attractions and amenities. It is also a short walk to the coast where you can find many lovely restaurants and beach bars. There is even a small Spar store that sells freshly baked bread. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Week in Puerto Pollensa

Apartment exactly as listed, lovely inside, excellent swimming pools and although it was a good walk along the seafront to the centre, we enjoyed it every evening. Beach about 3 minutes away on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Excellent holiday apartment in lovely quiet complex

We had a fantastic week in Puerto Pollensa. Easy walk to the beach and local bus stop. The apartment was spacious with beautiful artwork displayed throughout. Would recommend.

Brilliant stay - fabulous apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment, its modern, comfy sofas, satellite tv and Francesca was quick to answer whenever I had a question. Its about 3 minutes walk from the beach and a 25 ish minute walk to the square (with a slow 6 year old!) Perfect location for the best beaches (I think!) and nice to have a walk before and after dinner in the evenings. The little welcome items were appreciated too. Most of the time there was just us in the pool too which was fab. This is my ideal type of apartment to stay in and wish it was my own!!! Thank you very much for a perfect stay

Clean and spacious property

The property was very clean and tidy. The en-suite bathroom had just been refurbished to a high standard. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. An error with the shower drainage meant that we couldn’t use the en-suite shower but this was due to a commissioning error by the installer and our host was very apologetic about this and has since sorted this problem. The property is located a 10-15 minute walk into central Port de Pollença but we found this to be a good thing so we could walk off dinner and beers after an evening in town We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung - Fussläufig zum schönen Strand in Port de Pollenca

Die Anreise und der Kontakt war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade ist in wenigen Minuten getan. Strand ist Kindertauglich und an der Promenade kann man super flanieren und das Angebot an Restaurants ist auch toll. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Einzig die Betten (alles eher Reisebetten aus Metall) und die größere Straße hinter dem Haus sind nicht so schön (man hört sie nur auf dem Balkon in bei offenem Fenster). Wir haben den Urlaub dennoch sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

This apartment was fantastic, exactly as on the listing. Xesca was marvellous and answered every query we had during our stay very quickly, even coming over during a thunderstorm with lashing rain to block up the slats in the laundry room as the rain was pouring in! It was immaculate and every appliance worked. We did not need to use the A/C as the weather was OK. 5 minute walk to the beach as to a small Spar grocery store.
