This nice and modern summerhouse is located in Yngsjö about 800 meters from the beautiful white sand beach, which is considered one of Skåne's most wonderful coastal areas.
Includes living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Two bedrooms with totally four beds. A baby bed is also available if needed.
Large natural plot. Bike and hiking trails nearby. Golf course within a 2 mile distance.
This is a wonderful house and place to stay all year around.

No smoking or animals are allowed.

Arrival day: Saturdays

Cleaning fee of EUR 140 is compulsary. Is to be paid upon arrival.

Drömställe

Närheten till naturen och härlig badstrand. Fina cykel och promenadvägar och stigar. Bra matställen i närheten, gångavstånd. Sköna mjuka sängar välutrustad stuga med tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. Härlig uteplats där vi åt både kräftor och grillat. Bra lyhörda värdar 🌺

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer top Lage. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Lage, mitten im Wald, umweit der Ostsee und auch zur nächsten Stadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Rundum ein super Ferienhaus.

Härlig semestervecka

Vi, 2vuxna och 2 barn, hyrde Marias mysiga hus i 1v. Huset är fräscht och allt som behövs finns där. Läget är toppen med kort cykelavstånd ner till den härliga stranden, nära till Yngsjö havsbad (kiosk, minigolf och restaurang). Runt huset finns skogspartier. Uteplats med grill och vi njöt av att sitta ute på kvällarna.
