Luxury Honeymoon Villa with Heated Indoor Pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna & Sea Views

New for 2018, this beautiful honeymoon villa is located in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, in the Kordere district of Kalkan, from there are spectacular sea views across Kalkan Bay and beyond. The capacity of the villa is two adults, with the possibility of a small child using the sofabed in the lounge area or the available portable cot.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a spacious lounge / kitchen / dining area , which opens on to the pool terrace, plus a luxurious turkish bath and sauna for our guests to enjoy.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor , which has access to an indoor heated pool. From here and from the bedroom balcony, there are beautiful sea views to be enjoyed . The small indoor pool has a hydromassage feature, and can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional 1000 Turkish Lire per day, again payable in cash on arrival. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

Everything is provided to ensure guests maximum enjoyment of their stay, from the good sized outdoor pool (7 x 3 metres, depth 1.5 metres), with its al fresco dining and seating areas to its large LED television and wifi internet connection. There is also underfloor heating , a nice advantage for those guests staying in the cooler months of the season.

Due to its location it is advisable for guests to have the use of a vehicle whilst staying here. Alternatively they may wish to use the reasonably priced taxi service in Kalkan. The villa has a garage and is located some 3 km from the centre of Kalkan and some 1km from the nearest grocers shop and mosque.

Special attention has been paid to ensure the privacy of the pool whilst designing this property, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a high degree of privacy be it for religious or other reasons.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
