Salle de bain à rénover

L'appartement est très bien situé. Près de l'avenue de la Liberté, avec plusieurs excellents restaurants sur la rue (entre 50m et 150m) de même que quelques épiceries. L'intérieur de l'appartement était très bien sauf pour le ménage et la salle de bain. Il y avait des amoncellements de poussière aux coins des murs. La salle de bain a de la moisissure dans la douche et les joints de silicone se défont. Le robinet du comptoir est chambranlant et les garnitures de silicone sont usées si bien que l'eau fuit grandement de la douche. Si bien que le bas de la porte de la salle de bain est gonflé par l'humidité. De plus, il y a un problème avec le drain qui fait qu'il y a des odeurs d'égouts. Si ce n'était de l'état de la salle de bain et étant donné la très bonne situation, nous pourrions le recommander. Cependant, tant que la salle de bain ne sera pas rénovée, nous le déconseillons. Suggestion, trouvez un autre appartement dans le même quartier.
