The workshop is very well equipped, packed with nods to its bygone years, comfortable, very spacious
The workshop is very well equipped, packed with nods to its bygone years, comfortable, very spacious and everything is of a high standard. It's location is perfect for walks, with a beautiful river and Mill not 5 mins away. This place is so worth a visit. We booked again before we even left. Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for walking and cycling straight out of the door. The farm shop just up the road has plenty of local produce fresh and reasonably priced. Walk into Tipton st John for good food and beer at the pub. The only downside is if you are much over 6 foot tall then the low ceilings would be an issue. All in all a great place to stay, oh and the sky at night is awesome, no light pollution. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Wonderful cottage which felt so cosy and homely with the Aga.
Wonderful cottage which felt so cosy and homely with the Aga. The interior design of cottage/vintage/workshop worked so well and was much bigger than the photographs on the website portray. There was a lovely hall space for coats, jackets, boots, seating area and space for the dog on a cool tiled floor. Upstairs the bathroom seemed twice as big as the website photo! We loved eating in the outside space among the wisteria and grape vine and even some of the herbs in our cooking. There was a great farm shop close by and some super walks by the river and along the disused railway to the neighbouring village. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Very comfortable and interestingly decorated.
Very comfortable and interestingly decorated. Only slight drawback was inefficient refrigerator- owner is aware. Good car parking right next to the cottage. Lovely quiet location with close by walks along the river Otter and Sidmouth beaches fifteen mins by car. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
