About this property

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and bright. It has a large terrace of 25 m2, very sunny and with stunning views of the Veleta and the slopes. Perfect to enjoy the snow. It has WIFI, cable TV, NETFLIX, dishwasher, washing machine, ski storage inside the house, a covered parking space, etc. It is located 250 meters from the second stop of the Parador chairlift and the blue track Puerta de Fajalauza. There is a nearby urban bus stop. The apartment is in the upper-middle area, near the Rumaykiyya Hotel. The keys will be delivered from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., there will also be the possibility to hire ski and snow lessons with qualified professionals. Wonderful

We had the most wonderful time in the Sierra Nevada. The apartment has everything you need: two bedrooms (one for three children and the other for the parents), a kitchen, that has all you need and a living room area with the most stunning view you could imagine. The highlight for us was the large balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the warm sun and at the same time you are enjoying the view over the Sierra Nevada, with its snowy mountains. The view is so beautiful, that it kind of seems unreal! Now to the landlord: The contact was easy and always fast. All questions were answered immediately. We would like to thank Francesco this way, because he was always available and had good insider information abot the area. Thanks for that stay, we will never forget!

4 weeks in the mountains

Great location, close to pedestrian lift down to centre of resort. Good amount of space for 4 adults if you like to be comfortable, 6 or 7 adults if you like cosy. The kitchen is a bit small and tricky if there’s more than one person at a time wanting access. Very clean, good quality furniture, great water pressure for shower. Don’t bring a big car as parking is very tight but very useful to have because the roads get filled up quickly. All in all, a good choice.
