Ideal for walking around the city, just 9 minutes walk from Porta Nuova station, in the heart of the San Salvario district and the nightlife of the city. In the area you will find many restaurants, pubs and clubs, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets.
The historic center is a 20-minute walk away, while the Marconi metro station is only 350m away.

*** Comfortable and bright apartment of 42sqm completely renovated in 2011, located on the third floor of a renovated building without elevator, in an elegant setting in the heart of San Salvario, Turin's central historic district, located between the Porta Nuova station and the Valentino park. Just 350m from the Marconi metro.

★ ROOM: pretty double bedroom independent of the rest of the house, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and mirror.

★ LIVING ROOM: living room with relaxation corner, sofa bed and dining area.

★ KITCHEN: The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

���� BATHROOM: bathroom with WC and hydromassage shower.

★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-in and late check-out if possible. It will be possible to enter before 4pm on the day of check-in, in case there are no other outgoing guests the same day. Similarly, it will be possible to exit after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. We will confirm any requests a few days before arrival.

*** A person in charge will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

*** Upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash:
- the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Turin by guests from the twelfth year of age, equal to € 2.3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;

*** Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30pm and 11.00pm: € 25
- between 23. 00 and 24. 00: 30 euros
- over 24. 00: euro 40

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
