Great apartment, close to everything

Had a wonderful stay. Apartment was cozy...the most amazing ceiling fans! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Lots of hot water in shower. Top notch internet connection. Cesar was a most accommodating host. I would definitely stay here again.

Spotless condo in an awesome location

In my opinion the Romantic Zone is the place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. This unit is right in the center of the restaurants and shops and close to the bus stations. It had everything we needed + for our stay. The unit was spotless and the owner/manager was easy to work with.

Single gay dad of a now 10 year old girl (Linda)! Born in San Miguel de Allende in 1978, I became fluent in English owing to the interaction with the expat community there.

I worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of an international consulting firm, Amembal & Associates, for a total of 12 years. The CEO lived in San Miguel de Allende.

When the company and its CEO moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2008, I moved as well and have been living in Puerto Vallarta ever since.

For the past four years, I have been the owner-operator of Linda's Nail Lounge, a successful salon, in Puerto Vallarta.

I have been with Coldwell Banker since 2018.

I am extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Puerto Vallarta and I am client-focused.
