About this property

The Rural House complex "Las Callejuelas" is composed of 2 newly built houses, with 3 double bedrooms each, bathroom and living room-kitchen with the most modern equipment.
Recently we have inaugurated another house, especially dedicated to couples, as it consists of a double room with its bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge living room with fireplace.
We also have a meeting and games room equipped with an American pool table, an electronic target, a giant screen to enjoy the PS3 that we have available to customers (although the games must provide these).

They also have barbecue and wood oven.

All houses can be rented as a group or separately. By contacting the owner directly (669 286 000) we will offer all the necessary information whether you are a couple and only need the double house as if you want to rent for groups. Having 3 houses there are always several options so we will give you all the necessary information and discounts for groups and / or long stays. Please do not hesitate to call and we will expedite reservations.

It is located in Villar de Domingo García, Alcarreña town that borders the Serranía de Cuenca. The capital is 25 km along the N-320 national road so in 20 minutes we will enjoy the charms of this world heritage city as well as the places of interest located around it.

Debería comprobar antes de entrar inquilinos que todo este correcto

Jesús es simpático y atento. No debería poner cosas en el anuncio que no estén como lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, plancha, no hay calefacción central, son radiadores uno en el baño y otro en el dormitorio en la Sala hay chimenea. En la cocina la cafetera debería cambiarla esta hecha polvo, la campana estaba sucia y los botones rotos, la cortina estaba sucia también, el cubo de basura cuando levante la Bolsa había una colilla y sucio, falta escrurreplatos En el baño no se si el hidromasaje funciona no logre ponerlo, falta una alfombra de baño, la carretera esta al lado pero no molesta demasiado, no hay dvd como dice pero a mi me da igual con el billar tuvimos suficiente, la televisión tenía pocos canales, falta de información por parte del dueño, estuvimos en la planta baja que es donde esta el billar porque he leído que algunas personas creen que es para todos pero no sólo es para la casa para 2

Casi perfecto

Un apartamento acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una pareja y un fin de semana. Cocina bien equipada y con menaje abundante, baño con columna de ducha, chimenea y leña abundante, 2 salones amplios y cómodos. Sólo pondría dos pequeñas sugerencias de mejora: tazones para el desayuno y una alfombrilla para la ducha. Ah, y arreglar el mango de la ducha. Está muy bien ubicada, cerca de Cuenca capital y de la entrada a la serranía de Cuenca.

Buen lugar para desconectar..

Hemos pasado unos dias en la casa para 2 personas, la casa muy acogedora y acondicionada con radiadores y chimenea de leña. Ya q estabamos rodeados de nieve,un lujo disfrutar de estos paisages y disfrutar de ella. La casa esta totalmente equipada, Jesus el propietario te proporciona todo lo que necesites, es muy atento y amable. Totalmente recomemdable para escapar de la ciudad,pueblo muy tranquilo y a 20min d Cuenca.
