New everything, from central AC, re-finished floors to kitchen appliances and completely redone bathrooms and upstairs bedrooms. Large airy open kitchen connects to dining room on main floor which also has a full bath and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs is entirely clad in pine to create a very cool Scandinavian vibe. Attention to details include old push button switches/dimmers and oil rubbed bronze door hardware. The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful soaking tub with view of the treeline/sky and a separate shower and double sink vanity. Washer/Dryer in basement and new stainless steel appliances in kitchen including sub zero fridge. Tastefully decorated by interior designers and ready to receive your family/friends to enjoy the best of Shelter Island!

Great House, Great Location
Perfect location for Shelter Island, right next to a few restaurants and coffee shop. Very nice house with an entirely new second floor and beautiful bathroom. We stated here for a wedding instead of staying at The Chequit. Got a better nightly rate and much more space than the hotel. I'd recommend this house to anyone venturing out to Shelter Island.

Perfect summer getaway!
We were lucky enough to stay in Scott's beautiful home on Shelter Island and it was the perfect Memorial Day weekend. Close to the water, short walk to the ferry and right town for an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and drugstore. I look forward to going back soon!
