About this property

Villa ideally located 15 minutes from the sea, in a private residential area in Roquefort les Pins.

The house consists of:
- 2 master bedroom suites with shower room and queen size beds
- 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and queen size bed

The new kitchen has a modern and new equipment including an American fridge and overlooks a small terrace.

Reception room (40 m2) with fireplace and adjoining lounge (30 m2) with flat screen overlooking the shaded terrace and pool.

Pool of 7 X 14 meters with adjoining Jacuzzi. Pool house with summer kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven. Beach towels are provided

Shower and toilet available outside.

Landscaped garden of 2500 m² quiet, electric gate.

The linen is provided (Sheets and towels)
A housekeeper looks after the garden and pool every other day.

Ideally located between Nice and Cannes: 15 minutes from Nice airport, 20 minutes from Cannes, 15 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from Valbonne and 15 minutes from the village of Saint Paul de Vence.

You will find all the shops (bakery, newsagent, supermarket) at 5 mn on foot.

Terrible house owners, not suitable to rent out their property

Although mentioned differently in the add, the house is totally not suitable for a stay with little children: - Everywhere in the house, you'll find small pieces of so called art work and even a samurai sword! Small children could hurt themselves or break all this "art". - There's a large medicine closet which isn't locked. - No activated alarm on the swimming pool The house owners, who live in the house during the year and only rent out the house during the summer period, aren't suitable to rent out their house. After our stay, we did a check-up of the house together with the owners and they confirmed everything was OK for them. However, 2 weeks later they didn't fully paid our deposit as they claim we broke some things in the house!! The owners aren't friendly at all and real hypocrites! I wouldn't go their even if they would pay me to go!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit toller Infrastruktur. Wir durften hier tolle 14 Tage verbringen. Unsere Kinder hatten riesigen Spass am grossen Pool und ich konnte mich am hauseigenen Pizzaofen als "Pizzaiolo" verwirklichen. Sehr nette Gastgeber die jederzeit erreichbar waren. Ist sehr zu empfehlen. Familie Vogt (CH)

Très belle villa

La villa est spacieuse et agréable à vivre . Le joli jardin comme la maison sont parfaitement entretenus . Idéalement située car proche des commerces tout en étant au calme. Les propriétaires sont accueillants . Un vrai moment de bonheur dans une région magnifique
