We have a great central heating system, powerful shower with bathroom underfloor heating, wooden floors, and tiles where needed. You have a lovely Balcony and chairs to sit out on. Peaceful and quiet street.

We have one flight of stairs from the ground floor, and each floor has its own sub entrance area to keep noise down from the main staircase.

Our apartments are tastefully modern with warm colour and quality furniture, so you still get a homely feel. You also have your own Balcony area.
THis is an apartment for 2 people max, for the Summer/Autumn period only. I run the apartments in winter as a chalet.
Electricity bill - we take a reading when you arrive and the bills are sent to me on epay and then I pass them to you. YOu can then pay this back to me via bank transfer, monthly please, or you can go to easy pay and pay the bill yourself. Just let me know which you prefer., if you choose easy pay I will check with the elec company that its been paid as the bill is in my name.
sept Elec roughly 40-80 leva, oct 80-150 leva, nov 200-350 leva, obivously this is weather dependant and if just add a warm sweater and trousers and socks you will find you dont want the heating on as much. Thats what I do :-0
