This impressive detached three-story house is ideally situated in an enviable location in Bourg d’Oisans, offering uninterrupted mountain views.

The ground floor has a secure garage for bike storage accessible from inside and outside the property and is fully equipped for cyclists with track pump, extensive tool kit and work stand and wall hoioks . There is ample space to store bikes, bike boxes, skis and winter sports equipment. There are ski racks and lockers for ski equipment in the heated ski store.
The large entrance hallway provides a welcoming area with access to the garage and has stairs leading to the first floor.

The floor of the house has a large fully equipped kitchen, gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary items to enjoy a self-catered holiday. There is a separate store room to the right of the kitchen with a large freezer, microwave and additional storage space for food items.
To the left of the kitchen is the large and comfortable living room with wood burner, comfy sofas, tv with full satellite package, DVD, and Wi-Fi. There is large dining table and chairs for 10 guests. French doors from the lounge open onto a furnished terrace with spectacular views of the Valley, balcony road to auris and towards the high peaks of Ecrins National Parc.

From the lounge and kitchen, you pass into a spacious corridor from where there are doors leading to a bathroom with bath and overhead shower attachment and a separate wc. There are two large bedrooms both are spacious bright and modern with twin beds that are convertible to double beds and each has a new good quality adult sized put up bed . All bedrooms have been recently renovated providing a unique and highly comfortable modern space.

From the first-floor corridor stairs lead to down to the lower floor and up to the second floor.

On the second floor there are a further two large bedrooms, one with twin beds (convertible to double) and an adult put up bed and a second larger family bedroom with twin beds (convertible to doubles, put up adult bed and space for a baby cot and a table and chairs to use as a workspace. All beds are new as of 2018 and are good quality adult sized single beds which can be converted to doubles. The rooms also have wardrobes/storage. There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
The house has a utility room with washing machine and a dryer on the ground floor of the property.

Entry to the house is by a door at the front of the house or from an external stairs leading to the first-floor entrance of the property. There is private gated parking with space for two cars. There is additional parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac if required.

The First-floor terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sunshine after your ride, or in winter the beautiful snowy alpine scene. The outside space also provides a lovely area to enjoy the mountain views or have a BBQ in summer.

The house is a short walk from the centre of the town and outdoor swimming pool, and the large supermarket is just a minute away.

Spacious, comfortable and a great location
All the rooms are very generous and nicely decorated. The lounge has a wonderful sitting area around a log burning stove. Together with the central heating we were lovely and warm, even at -7 at night. Beds were very comfortable. We were 5 adults, and 2 small children and the baby cot was a good size for our 2 year old - nice cosy mattress too. The terrace is fantastic with great views and space to sit out. The garden was covered in snow, but I'm sure would be great in the summer. The local town is very nice and a short walk to bakers, butchers, restaurants and bars. There was a market on Saturday. The large Casino Supermarket is even nearer and sells most things. Only a 20 min drive to Alpe d'Huez, where we skied every day. Gayle was very friendly and quick to respond to all our queries. A great house for a winter ski trip!
