Weekend get-away.
Ideally located for what we wanted. Short distant from Minack Theatre, we had tickets to attend event, and plenty of other attractions. Comfortable accommodation, with all requirements needed, provided for. Minor problems with power supply to downstairs lighting, owner attempted to fix, arranging electrician to call, but to no avail. Not a major issue, we coped.

Harvon lea
Harvon lea is a great place and situated in Paul village only a short walk into mousehole the house itself was spotlessly clean and every effort was made to make our stay very comfortable. 3 en suite bathrooms was a real bonus and we hope to return in the future. The owner was quick to reply to messages with any query I had and even left a card and chocs and a bottle of fizz to help us celebrate my big birthday. This was easily the nicest property we have ever stayed at Thankyou

Great cottage and great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was larger than it appeared on the photos and clean. Lots of amenities and perfect with the en-suite bathrooms. A lovely touch having a bottle of fizz to welcome us in the fridge and milk too. The side entrance was perfect for a pushchair. The position was great to walk in to Mousehole and sample some of the wonderful restaurants. Plus it was easy to visit the surrounding area including Sennen for the surf. We would return.

Why they chose this property

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Village: The cottage is only a 10 minute walk from Mousehole. A delightful fishing village nestled on a hillside and spilling down to the shore. The picturesque harbour, surrounded by its maze of winding narrow streets, draws visitors from miles around, while in the distance St Michael's Mount stands proudly in the centre of Mounts Bay.
Although only a short stroll down to the harbour it is a steep hill and coming back could be a challenge for the unfit or infirm.
The nearest convenience stores are in Mousehole, but they only supply basic essentials, this could be a round trip of over 30 minutes when walking. a 10 minute drive will take you to all of the well known supermarkets in Penzance, or you could take a free bus ride and back to Tesco in Penzance.

What makes this property unique

You will not find many cottages with all ensuite facilities. Harvon Lee is situated 5 minutes from the coastal path with many other public footpaths leading off in all directions, so for those keen walkers a different route can taken each day to include coastline or countryside or both.
It is worth noting that the cottage is only one minute from the village bus stop which links to other villages, so it is possible to walk to Lands end, or other locations, and then catch the bus back.
10 minutes walk into Mousehole, 3 minutes walk to an exceptional pub.
On street parking is possible in the village, but hard to find if not impossible in Mousehole, so it is very convenient for a quick getaway to explore this beautiful region and your other favourite haunts.
