About this property

This beautiful sea-view villa is in a quiet location in the hills or Kantiang Bay in the South of Lanta Island. Just a 10 minute walk to the famous Kantiang Beach (recently voted in the top 10 “best tropical beaches” by The Times Online) and shops and restaurants.
The villa (with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms) has beautiful quality mahogany floors which are matched by teak windows, doors and frames throughout.
The kitchen is open plan and extends to an outer room which is the main cooking area, and includes hot water washing machine, cooker, storage cupboards etc. and gives an open feel with shutters that open to face the gardens.
The master bedroom offers a hardwood balcony with south facing sea views, and is equipped with air conditioning and beautiful hardwood furniture.

Overrated

I've booked this bungalow for a couple of nights. It's construction is nice and interesting, but it's overrated. I've missed an Airconditioner in the large living room. The A/C in the bedroom is to weak to cool down the bungalow when it's hot outside. The bungalow and several kitchen utensils are in need of an update.
