About this property

Family friendly apartment In the central Copenhagen with private parking

The apt. is situated in the nice, quiet and very familily friendly part “Margretheholmen” in central Copenhagen, just 10 mins from the very center. We are well-connected with bus and in beautiful surroundings near the channels of Copenhagen and the famous streetfood area “Reffen” and CopenHill. Also our backyard holds a small quiet harbour with the possibility of a dip in the sea.

The apt. is our very beloved and private home, so you will find many cozy details and personal things that will make you feel even more at home. We only rent out our flat when we are away on holiday ourselves. We leave plenty of empty space for your belonnings but we also keep our own in different drawers and closets. We have a flyer with all info you may need waiting upon your arrival.

The flat has two bedrooms, bathroom, and a large familyroom/kitchen. In the front of the flat it has a big balcony and in the back there is a terrace that leads out to a green area.
We have sun on the terrace till 1-2 PM and then it reach the balcony early afternoon in the summertime.

We have a dishwasher, TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

We only rent our flat out to a couple or a family.

How to get here from the Airport:

- Take the metro to Christianshavn.
- Take Bus 2A headed to "Lynetten" and get off at lynetten.
- Find the higest housing and that is were you find the flat.

Nice and pleasant stay

The appartament is nice and in a nice quiet position , not far from the city center . The owner were really helpful and prepare the apartment for our best comfort … absolutely recommend!

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie, beliggenheden er super og vi nød det grønne område bag ved lejlighederne. Den lille private badebro var en skøn overraskelse.

Kopenhagen eine wunderschöne Stadt

.....leider können wir diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, da die Matratze vom XXL Bett mit gelblichen Flecken übersät war und übelst gerochen hat, ein Fenster gab es im Schlafzimmer leider auch nicht, sondern nur eine Terrassentür, die wir nachts nicht offen stehen lassen konnten und somit den Geruch ertragen mussten. Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sahen ähnlich aus und lagen auf dem Fußboden, beim Anheben huschten dann die Silberfische davon. Aus der Anzeige geht auch nicht hervor, dass das eine offiziell bewohnte Wohnung ist, die Schränke sind mit privaten Sachen gefüllt und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, aber das hat uns weniger gestört. Balkon und Terrasse waren sehr schön. Kopenhagen ist auf jeden Fall als Reiseziel sehr zu empfehlen.

Skandinavisch gut

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gesucht und gefunden. Die Vermieter leben normalerweiseweise wohl selbst in der Wohnung. Insofern bei Dänen zu Hause. Alles war sauber. Die Innen Stadt ist mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Für einige Tage zu empfehlen, für länger fehlen Mglk der Aufbewahrung von Kleidung . Alles zusammen sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung

Gut mit dem PKW erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden, die Stadt konnten wir von hier aus super mit dem Fahrrad erkunden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Im Zentrum ist man zu Fuß in 20 min, mit dem Bus oder auch mit dem Hafenbus ist man sehr schnell in der City. Nachteilig allerdings ist, dass es sich um eine vollständig bewohnte und somit auch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung handelt. D.h. alle Schränke sind mit persönlichen Sachen belegt, der Kühlschrank ist nicht leer. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Koffer auszupacken. Auch sind nur 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kinder möglich, da auch im vollem Kinderzimmer nur ein Stockbett für Kinder steht.

Ideale Wohnung für Familien

Ideale Wohnung für einen Kurztrip mit der Familie nach Kopenhagen. Im Stockbett im Kinderzimmer konnten unser Kinder im Teenageralter gut schlafen. Für Erwachsene ist das Bett wahrscheinlich eher nicht geeignet. Das Kingsize-Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit der Terrasse zur Ostseite und dem Balkon zur Westseite kann man beinahe immer in der Sonne sitzen. Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine "klassische Ferienwohnung", da sie von den Vermietern selbst bewohnt wird und die Schränke mit Kleidern und Utensilien der Bewohner gefüllt sind. Das hat uns allerdings während unseres dreitägigen Kurztrips nicht weiters gestört und wir haben einfach "aus dem Koffer" gelebt. Die Innenstadt von Kopenhagen ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten oder noch schneller mit dem Bus 9A, der 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt abfährt erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und meine Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank!
