Villa Pine is located in a small place called Kukljica. Kukljica is a small fisherman town located on the south of island Ugljan. It has less than 1000 residents. Kukljica is surrounded with romantic sea coves, intimate valleys with crystal- clear water, thick forests of pine and fig trees, vineyards and olive groves. Villa offers 4 bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Most importantly it has a charming, green outdoor space with a lot of place to sit and relax. You can choose to spend time by the pool on sun loungers, in the lounge area at the balcony or having a delicious bite or glass of wine in the dining area on the terrace. Interior is decorated in cozy traditional way with lots of wood furniture and cute details. The villa also offers 4 bicycles for adults and 1 bicycle for a child up to 10 years old for exploring the surrounding area.

Kukljica is often referred to as “the gate to the National park Kornati and Nature park Telaščica” due to proximity to the Ždrelac Passage. We are inviting you to visit us and feel the experience of beautiful and preserved nature, as well as the beauty island can give you and that will inspire your constant comebacks.

Ruhige Lage und sehr guter Service

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets bemüht uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen zu helfen. Eine kurze Nachricht per Handy und unser Anliegen wurde sofort behandelt. Auch wenn die Vermieter selbst in Zadar wohnen, waren deren Eltern stets "zu diensten". Uns wurden als Aufmerksamkeit zwei große Teller mit Crepes, sowie eine Geburtstagstorte für unsere Tochter, die während unserem Aufenthalt ihren Jahrestag feierte, überreicht. Auch von der Reinigung des Pools haben wir nichts mitbekommen (muss wohl in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden stattgefunden haben :D ) Das Objekt ist sehr gut gepflegt und für 4 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern ausreichend groß. Wir können hier ganz klar nur weiterempfehlen!

Belle propriété, hôtes très serviable et sympathique.

On se sent bien dans cette propriété, elle est bien équipée, linge maison, linge bain, cuisine...et très propre. je pense que c'est un peu cher, mieux vaut partir à deux familles, d'autant plus qu'il y a plusieurs chambres. Un manque d'intimité par rapport aux parents de notre hôte qui habitent dans la même propriété. Ils ont été très discrets et extrêmement gentils, mais il y a néanmoins un accès direct depuis leur maison, où ils peuvent arroser les plantes ou nettoyer la piscine. La seule gêne est le fait que les heures de passages de ces charmantes personnes n'est pas fixes, et peuvent vous perturbez dans votre intimité (cela dépend de chacun) . Nous avons été très gâtés par eux : petites crêpes au chocolat pour les enfants!!!Mille merci.
