Cozy attic in Porta Nuova

Strategic attic recently renovated a few steps from the Porta Nuova station and the center of Turin.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful building with elevator. At the top there is still a small flight of stairs and you arrive in this beautiful attic consisting of double bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom. Comfortable for those who want to sleep in silence but a short walk from the streets of the center!
We do not have a reception, so it is important that you communicate the time of your arrival in order to arrange check-in. In case of delay, please notify as soon as possible to arrange a new time for your check-in. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY WITH ALL THE AD!
Access to the apartment is for exclusive use.
The cost of booking changes according to the number of guests and provides for the use of a bed for every two people.
If you wish to use a single use bed, the additional cost will be € 12 per bed per night. The extra cost will not be applied if the booking is for an odd number of guests and only one single bed.
Available for guests: sheets and towels (washed and sanitized by an industrial laundry), hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, shower gel, fan. The apartment is also equipped with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and sugar.

Before your arrival you will receive a mini-guide, specially created for our guests, with the indications of things "not to be missed" to fully enjoy our city!
We will personally welcome you providing tourist material to guide you in the city, logistic information and news on the main events not to be missed, and a discount to dine in a great pizzeria.

Upon your arrival we will have you sign a contract / receipt of which you will receive a copy.
For check-ins from 20.30 to 22. 00 there will be an additional cost of € 15 to be paid upon arrival
For check-in from 22.00 to 24.00 the surcharge is 30 €. After midnight rate to be agreed upon booking.
Since we do not have a reception, it is important that you communicate your arrival time as soon as possible in order to arrange check-in.
The apartment is located two minutes from the Porta Nuova station, the Metro stop, Via Roma and the shopping streets of the city.
Not far from the district of San Salvario, the quariere of the "movida", multi-ethnic, with craft shops, fashion and design shops, restaurants in every corner, cafes, pubs and clubs frequented by young people and tourists in the evening.
Parco Valentino, with its medieval castle, is only a 15-minute walk from the house.
The house is well served by public transport. With the Metro you can reach: the Lingotto exhibition center, Eataly (a supermarket chain of high quality food products) and the '8 Gallery' (a shopping center with many restaurants and a multi-hall cinema), the gallery GAM art and the Porta Susa railway station.
All tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot from the house, and are concentrated in the historic center, which has many pedestrian areas (Via Lagrange, Via Carlo Alberto, Via Garibaldi, etc.).
For those who like to travel by bike, there is an efficient bike-sharing system with a stop near the house.
If you travel by car you can park in the nearby parking lot in Piazza Carlo Felice.
