Adjacent to the owner’s home and set in a lovely country setting with views, walking and cycling, the property is ideally suited for visiting and exploring the many attractions in this wonderful part of Dorset. Within easy driving distances, enjoy family days out to Monkey World, The Bovington Tank Museum, Adventure Wonderland in Bournemouth or the fascinating Weymouth Sea Life with its adventure park and tower, or simply enjoy the scenic beauty and coastal walking to be found at Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove on the Heritage coast. Great holiday.

Lovely place, very clean and comfortable. Great welcome pack with bread, milk,eggs, bacon, etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Poppie Cottage Excellent

Poppie cottage is an excellent well cared for and charming cottage. Set back off the road so cant hear the traffic, its a charming spacious cottage - with some extra's such as logs for Fire and some welcoming gifts biscuits and chocolates (liked the biscuits very much with nice cuppa. Lots of wildlife the geese were very entertaining. The owners were on hand if needed, we will be returning. thanks for a great stay.

Lovely cottage, peaceful location

The Poppies is a lovely cottage, the welcome pack left by Lynn on arrival was very much appreciated. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and is in a peaceful and quiet location, ideal to relax and chill out, It is well situated with lots of places to visit that are within a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

A comfortable cosy retreat

A convenient location to most attractions in the area. The cottage was spotless and spacious and extremely well equipped. It was a joy to come back to after a day out.
