BAITA DEL PLAN - Splendid on two levels -

Beautiful accommodation that plays on the contrast of some modern elements in a vintage context. The accommodation of about 110 square meters is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is the sleeping area with the 2 bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom and one with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed) and the 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other a bathtub). Upstairs in the attic attic is the dining area with minimal steel kitchen and a large area very bright with beautiful view of the mountains. One of the sofas can be transformed into a double bed. Stay on a sheltered and sunny terrace. In the living room there is a fireplace. The floors are in wood and the ceilings with exposed beams. The heating is autonomous.

Appartement de charme

Excellent séjour que nous avons passé courant février. L'appartement était très propre bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et parle bien Français. Attention il n'y a pas de garage mais un parking municipal à 200 m. C'est à 800m des pistes donc difficile de rentrer le midi. Le domaine communal de ski est fermé. Il y a donc uniquement une seul solution pour skier le téléphérique qui rejoint Sestrieres. Le hameau a beaucoup de charme et d'excellents restaurants mais très peu de commerces. Ni boulangerie, ni épicerie et 1 seul magasin de ski.

Maison de caractère dans un petit village typique

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans le logement de Paola et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Le chalet a été refait récemment avec un très bon goût, mélange de mur en pierre et de bois, avec poutres aparentes, cheminée. La cuisine est également bien fournie avec four, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, grand frigo, cafetière, grille-pain... il ne manque éventuellement que le micro-onde. Le téléphérique est à 300 m à pied, mais un magasin de location peut faire office de stockage de ski et chaussure si besoin. Le SPA du Club-Med est à 200 m et nous avons passé également de bons moments dans la grande piscine avec les enfants à un coût abordable. Petits restaurants et commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied avec des possibilités de ballade en raquette le long des pistes de ski de fond. bref, un très agréable séjour et une charmante hôte. Je recommande !

Calda, accogliente...una vera Baita di montagna!

Siamo appena rientrati da questa vacanza a Plan di Pragelato, borgo caratteristico a 7 km da Sestriere. È stata la prima esperienza fatta in una baita, rispetto agli anni precedenti trascorsi sempre in hotel e devo dire che non abbiamo affatto rimpianto la decisione presa, anzi.....posso affermare senza dubbio alcuno che è stata la migliore esperienza in montagna mai vissuta. La baita era come rappresentata in foto, una chicca curata nei minimi dettagli, Paola, la proprietaria, è stata sin dal momento della prenotazione, disponibile e gentile. Eravamo 2 coppie con 2 bambine al seguito e abbiamo trascorso 7 notti da favola in un posto bellissimo, peccato solo per il tempo che non ci ha regalato la neve per vivere appieno un'esperienza del genere. Valutata in rapporto qualità/prezzo questa baita non teme rivali. Il camino poi, regala sempre momenti magici.... Non è facile arrivare e trovare tutto, ma proprio tutto....dagli asciugamani, agli accappatoi, lenzuola, 3° cuscino in ogni camera, decoder sky, zona bar con vari liquori, macchina nespresso, lavastoviglie, insomma quei dettagli che rendono la permanenza decisamente confortevole e rilassante. Grazie a Paola di tutto e per tutto, anche per le dritte su cosa fare e soprattutto per noi amanti della buona cucina, dove cenare. Fortunatamente siamo a Milano e vista la breve distanza torneremo di sicuro per un week end. Consiglio vivamente di farci un salto, posti del genere devono essere vissuti. Alla prossima!
