We would like offer our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, with use of the garden. Situated 2 mins walk from the beach. Situated virtually opposite the pier and its attractions, restaurants and bars. Recently fully refurbished.

The apartment sleeps 6 guests, and boasts a large lounge, 2 double bedrooms, with one being ensuite. Together with additional main bathroom.

All bedrooms & lounge have 42inch plasma TVs on the walls

The property has a free parking space, and has its own private entrance.

Perfect location and excellent property...
The apartment was a home from home. Clean, spacious and all mod cons. The gifts, such as drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long journey...coffee and tea too, which was great as we forgot ours. Lovely garden, which our dog loved, excellent location for the beach, pier and Town. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Will definitely book again as we go regularly to Clacton-on-Sea to visit family.

The apartment is immaculate and well equipped. Good WiFi and smart TVs in all rooms. Nice to have direct access to a sunny and private garden space. Parking right next to property was appreciated. Good communication with owner during stay.

Liked the property everything you need.
The property was very good for us. No one's fault the horrendous weather. We had great difficulty with the key box particularly when we left in the snow got very wet. That was the only downside.Thankyou for everything including the goodies.

Have to admit was rather surprised with the area this apartment was in, was not the best, the apartment itself was bright and clean, everything is provided, excellent quality of bedding, feather pillows and good quality duvets, also covers and pillow cases all good quality and very clean. One of the single beds would benefit from a mattress protector, that was missing. We did have a problem with the hot water and heating, the boiler had been turned off there were no instructions as to how to turn it on, therefore had to contact Mark and send through photos of dial position for him to provide the instructions, I feel a 'made for idiot instructions' would have saved a lot of time and worry. All towels were provided, although we did take our own the one provided were perfectly adequate, also basic provisions such as liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee sugar as well as dishwasher tablets, washing capsules also milk and fruit, which was a nice touch, all in all we enjoyed our stay. Sadly the surrounding area was a little run down but we were comfortable in the apartment

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property some 16 years ago, predominately for its fantastic position, equidistant to the Beach, Pier and the Town Centre.
The location is absolutely fantastic.

What makes this property unique

I particularly love the views from the first and second floor apartments, looking out to sea, and in August these views are highlighted by the annual Clacton Air Show. All of which are available to rent on Home Away.
