3 separate cabins totaling: 5/3 cabins. Sleeps 14. No Kitchens. 1st cabin: King and Queen. 2nd cabin: 2 Queens in Living room. 2 bedrooms each with a Queen. 3rd cabin: 2 Queens. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email.

This fabulous river retreat is located right on River Road. The river views are amazing and there are no properties on the other side of the river for added privacy. There are three separate luxury cabins located on the property. The first two are efficiency style with one sleeping area each and the third one has three separate sleeping areas. The first cabin has a King and a Queen bed, the second cabin 2 Queens in the living room and 2 bedrooms each with a Queen and the third cabin has 2 Queens in the living area. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. There are many restaurants nearby. Please note these cabins do not have a full kitchen. Each has its own deck and there is a wonderful patio located right on the river.

The closest tube outfitter is Bezdek's Rentals which is .3 miles from the cabins. Come and relax for the weekend or a full week at this luxury riverfront paradise! These cabins do not have kitchens or plates/cups/silverware etc. This is a very quiet neighborhood so please note that this home has a outside noise policy after 10PM. 6 vehicles max allowed at property. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. These cabins have a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoors of this home are monitored by video camera. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Review of Stay from June 9th through June 11th.

This is a wonderful property that we have stayed at before. It is in a great location on River Road very close to restaurants with very easy access to the river to cool off. The only compliant this time is that they must have just sprayed for insects the day or so before we arrived. There were lots (3-5 per day) cockroaches that either half alive of completely dead that you would find in the kitchen and bathroom areas at night and in the early mornings. The property definitely needs to have their pipes better insulated around kitchen and bathroom areas to close off the entry points. (I'd recommend some sort of Gaps and Cracks Insulating Spray Foam around all of the pipe fittings coming into the house).

Perfect location and clean

We went with 5 couples and stayed for the weekend. It was a perfect location. With access to everything within minutes. Had a few electrical issues such as lights being out but nothing that affected our stay and they probably didn't know about. The only major issue was the Bees. They were horrible, but the neighbors mentioned it had just gotten that way was not normally like that.

Great location, Great time, Great memories

Check in was super easy and accommodating. Arrived in town a few hours early and were able to get access prior to the 4pm check in. The 3 villas had nice accommodations, and were very clean. Great touch were the ice makers in each villa. Only downside was there is no kitchen, but that is made very clear in the property description. We had one slight issue with the exterior lights working but the management company sent out maintenance right away and were able to fix the problem. Would recommend, thank you!
