Great location, close to the Sagrada Familia

The location is close to the Sagrada and hop on, hop off tour buses, so convenient. Loved the old charm of the apartment, great price, having the air conditioning was good, though not a lot of extras, like towels or coffee. Alex was helpful and even booked our cab to the airport when we left.

Leider viel zu laut

Die Kommunikation nach Buchung und beim / nach Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist über die Metro sehr gut zu erreichen vom Bahnhof Sants (und auch zum Flughafen). Die Sagrada Familia ist gleich um die Ecke, man sieht sie aber nicht von der Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet, mit schönem Backstein, schönen Fensterläden, ansonsten aber eher ungemütlich eingerichtet - aber das sieht man ja. Negativ: Es ist leider viel zu laut. Auch nachts. Der Straßenverkehr ist aufgrund der Straßenkreuzung sehr laut, viele Menschen auf den Straßen sind besonders vor Wochenendtagen und Feiertagen sehr laut. Direkt vor dem Haus stehen 4 große Müll-Container. Besonders die Leerung des Glas-Containers ist extrem laut. Die Leerung erfolgt mitten in der Nacht (ebenso wie die Straßenreinigung). Auch werden häufig nachts Glasflaschen in den Container entsorgt. Für entspannte Urlaubstage ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Was noch unschön ist: Nur die straßenseitigen Zimmer (Schlaf und Wohnzimmer) verfügen über schöne Fenster, das 2. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad verfügen lediglich über Fenster zu einem unerfreulichen Lichtschacht mit all seinen Gerüchen und Geräuschen. Die Küche ist nur mäßig ausgestattet. Es tut mir leid, aber diese Wohnung kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten aber trotzdem tolle Tage in Barcelona :-)
