The house consists of 2 large bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with shower, the living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, equipped veranda, with garden table and chairs for eating outside , ground floor (living room windows overlooking the street and the others overlooking an internal room) small garden and cellar with washing machine to keep things from the sea.
Everything is finely furnished with Costa Smeralda style furniture and typical colors.
Located on the street level and without architectural barriers, the windows on the back overlook a corridor of mackerel.
The services offered are the latest generation 30-inch LED TV, digital terrestrial, air conditioning, washing machine, iron with table and reserved parking space.
A total of 6 comfortable beds.
