Lower level one bedroom, living area, spilt system, dining table,LCD TV , kitchette with mini fridge/freezer, separate bathroom/ toilet.

Other facilities include a central laundry with a washing machine,clothes dryer, large outdoor entertainment area with dining for 10, 6 burner BBQ and private undercover parking for car/boat.

An easy short stroll to the bay and surf/fishing beaches, shops/cafes, yacht club & boat ramps. Only a few mins drive to Sorrento, its a great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula

The place where I would like to come again
We stayed there at the Easter long weekend for 3 nights. Property has 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. I used to go out to the beach late at nights and it was very comfortable to come back home to my downstairs room and not to desturb sleeping family .Steve, the owner explained me all what I wanted to know and was ready to help with everything. It was excellent communication between us. I recommend that property to all of you and will be happy to return there again. Slava.

Great base for the peninsula
Great spot to base a Peninsula holiday. Walk to both front and back beaches. Separate downstairs apartment great for teens. Owner easy to contact and responsive. Outside beach shower really handy (hot and cold taps).

Fell in love the Peninsula so much after camping there for 8 years and decided was time to purchase a home close to shops and both Bay and Back Beach.

Why they chose this property

Well maintained property located in a quiet court, set up for families/friends with teenagers/inlaws/grandparents with the lower level having its own entrance. Also parking is not a problem
